John Smith was a professional football player. He played college football at Rutgers, and he joined the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens. He was raised in Highland Park, NJ, and he went to the Highland Park School District. In the history of his Rutgers career, he was a tight end with 122 receptions, 1,458 yards, and ten touchdowns. In his NFL career, he won 98 games, got 2,556 yards, and 18 touchdowns. 

He is important because he was raised in Highland Park, and he went to Highland Park schools; he was one of the best football players in Rutgers Knights history. He's important because he helped the Philadelphia Eagles to go to the Super Bowl in 2005. 

He’s still living in New Jersey, and now he transitioned into clothing business ownership and started his own Plato's Closet franchise clothing store in Edison. He retired from football in 2009.

Butter Pecan

One ingredient in our drink is Butter Pecan.  It is a combo of butter and vanilla. Butter pecan ice cream was made in the South during Jim Crow because they were not able to eat vanilla ice cream. This ice cream is an alternative to vanilla and is tasty. People use it in desserts, but mostly in ice cream. We chose this ingredient because it is nutty and sweet.
