1. Fill out the Membership form to choose your tier, personalize your tumbler, and indicate your location.

2. We will contact you with your "Cup o' GLOW Membership Fact Sheet" exclusive to members alongside payment information.

   For Tier 1 Members

3. Help yourself to the Cup o' GLOW Caffeine Cart located: -Irving: Staff Lounge -Bartle: Staff Lounge -Middle School: Staff Lounge -High School: DECA Store (temporarily)

   For Tier 2 & 3 Members Help yourself to the Cup o' GLOW Caffeine Cart and...

4. Put your tumbler into the Cup o' GLOW bin (next to your building's Caffeine Cart). We will pick it up and fill your order.

5. You can order via: -Paper: You can find order forms are the Caffeine Cart as well as in your tumblr (once you receive it.) You will also get a PDF that you can print out upon joining!

   -Online: www.cupoglow.com

   -In-Person: If you find yourself in the middle or high school, feel free to visit us in the DECA Store!

Dishwashing

Last year, we received MANY requests for a tumbler-washing service. This service is an optional add-on. We will be instituting one this year!

Details are as follows:

*Note: There is a labeled separate area/crate for tumblers that are being dish-washed. They DO NOT go into the crate with clean tumblers!

FAQs

1. When does COG begin? We are doing a soft opening on Monday, September 9th! Our menu will be limited for non-members, and almost full for those who have registered!

2. Do I have to order daily? Nope! Order as much or as little as you'd like!

3. How do you know where I'm located? You will tell us on your initial membership form!

4. What if I'm not in the room? We will leave it on your desk or in an area that you specify. In rare cases where we need to find an alternate location, we will email you where we left it!

5. Can I order a la carte? Yes! Self-serve drinks from the cart are $1, and handcrafted drinks are between $2-$6.

6. If I order the same thing daily, do I need to put in an order form each day? Nope! Just email us, and we will create a standing order for you.
