2024-25 Staff Membership Options

Great news! We have not raised prices, and have kept all pricing the same as last year!


A "tier" refers to the type of cafe services you'd like to receive. For example, if you only enjoy hot black coffee, Tier 1 would be the best option for you, while if you are more of a latte drinker, you'd want to consider either Tier 2 or Tier 3.

Because we are open in the morning and afternoon, we offer a membership option that allows two all-out drinks per day, Tier 3+. Because we cannot offer district-wide delivery, we only offer this option to Middle and High School staff.

Membership Discounts

Pay in Full Options

Most Cup o' GLOW members join for the year! Therefore, this year, we are offering a 10% discount for all who pay the year in full. Additionally, paying the whole year up front makes sure that you have continued access to drinks as well as you do not need to worry about remembering payment each month.

That's right! No need to pay for September when you buy the new 2024-25 Cup o' GLOW tumbler (needed for Tiers 2 & 3 anyway!)


Membership FAQs

  1. How do I pay? We take cash and/or check (made out to GLOW). You can pay today or tomorrow, or we will have drop boxes & forms on the COG carts in each building's staff room. You can also put membership information and/or payment in your tumbler alongside your order.

  2. Can I switch tiers? Yes; you can bump into a higher tier at the beginning of the month.

  3. Why join today? Students are beginning to make the tumblers this week! You will have yours by your first order.
